CRUNCH
COOKIE KIT.
YOU'LL NEED:
(C) 1 Egg
(D) 7 Tbsp Cooking Oil OR 100g Butter
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A) Dry Mixture 1
* Brown Sugar
* Chocolate Chips
B) Dry Mixture 2
* Self Raising Flour
* Baking Soda

Pour the contents of
(A) Dry Mixture 1: Sugar & Chocolate into a mixing bowl. Add (C) 1 Egg and mix well.

Add (D) 7 Tbsp Cooking Oil and (B) Dry Mixture 2: Self Raising Flour & Baking Soda

Stir the mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!

Portion out the dough into 1/2 Teaspoon balls and place them on a lined baking tray

Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake the cookies for 12 minutes, or until golden around the edges.

Let the cookies cool on the tray for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
